Rates

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $40
• $4.99 flat rate on orders under $40

Processing time

Everything is cut fresh to order. In-stock designs are dispatched within 48 hours (business days). Custom Studio pieces ship after you approve the proof — typically 3–5 business days from approval.

Delivery estimates

• Domestic: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs can occasionally add delays outside our control.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you when your parcel ships.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Address issues

Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the reshipping cost.
