We want you to love what you stuck. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

30-day returns

You can return unused, unapplied items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with backing paper intact — vinyl that has been applied cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email support@stickmoto.com within 14 days with a photo. We reprint and reship free of charge — in most cases you won’t need to return anything.

Custom designs

Custom Studio pieces are made to order just for you. They can’t be returned or refunded once you approve the digital proof and production begins — except if they arrive damaged or don’t match the approved proof, in which case we reprint free.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
• Original shipping costs are refunded only for damaged or incorrect orders.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
